Now in IA, you can download the data of your surveys for all cohorts at once either through APIs or CSV files.
The first step is to set up the permission to this feature to the appropriate roles as you probably do not want all the users accessing all cohorts data. You can send a request to IA to set up the permission for you.
Once the permission is set up, you can click on Data Export in the left menu:
Once you are in the Data Exports, you are going to see both options available:

Cohort: data export from only the specific cohort you are logged in;

ALL: data export from all cohorts available in the instance;
You just click on ALL right next to the survey you want to export, and the CSV will load. The data refers to all cohorts that have the specific survey you selected, and it is not limited to user access.
Please note that depending on the amount of data it can take a while to load it.
You should also be aware that the data export is grouped by cohort. And for each cohort there are the columns headers to guarantee you are going to access any survey changes that might happen from one cohort to another.
